【原因】

使えるクラウドバックアップのアプリケーションをインストールしているマシンの空き容量が十分であるか、ご確認ください。
最低でも、300MB空いている必要があります。

また、クライアント画面のオプション設定の一時フォルダがうまく設定が反映されてない恐れがあります。
一度、PCを再起動の上、お試しください。
