Q: What should I do to pay by bank transfer?

A:

  1. Before proceeding with payment process, please be sure to confirm order details.

    * In case of payment before 15 p.m. (usual bank closing hour), it will be reflected in our system on business next day acknowledged by a bank. When paying after 15 p.m., it may take up to 2 business days for transfer be registered on our side.
    Please be aware of this when choosing payment by bank transfer.
    * All costs of money transfer are to be covered by client. They are not included in the invoice.

  2. After sending money contact us by the following form ( https://www.tsukaeru.net/banktrnsfr-en.php ). Be sure not to forget about this, as even after finalizing transaction it won’t be reflected in system, until you contact us through the above form.

    * You can fill out the form for multiple orders by entering their numbers after comas.
    * Unless in "Comment" box, you specify order in which you want your standing orders to be acknowledged as paid, we will start from the oldest unpaid ones.
